Kachina Case 5th Graders Kachina

The 5th Grade Social Studies students in Mr. Shohoney’s class had been learning about the past and present history of the Southwest Region of the United States.  One of the areas discussed in class was the state of Arizona and the Hopi Native American tribe and the Hopi’s Kachina Dolls.  The students used a theme, of their choice, and made their own Toilet Paper Roll Kachina Doll.  Come and check their projects out, by the office.
