Hello DC Focus Families:

We will be holding a community fundraiser for the DC focus trip.   Please save the date for Friday May 31st and Saturday June 1st for a rummage sale.The rummage sale will be held Saturday June 1st from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.   Set up will be Friday after school / evening.   Each DC participant can earn up to 2 shares of the profits by participating and having a parent or other responsible adult assist.   This is a large event, and many hands make light work, so please be generous with your sign up time.   Set up will be the most labor intensive as we will need to organize and price items for the sale.   We will be sending out a flyer to all school families asking for their rummage donations as well as community Facebook sites.  We will be accepting all clean, usable (not broken) rummage donations with the exception of televisions and furniture that cannot be earlier carried by 1-2 people.   If you have larger / bigger draw / unique item you plan to donate, please let me know so I can use that in our advertisement ( bikes, furniture / strollers / baby equipment )Please save your plastic bags (grocery store plastic and paper bags as we will need a ton of those)
